Established in 1986, Matt Petley-Jones has remained a key figure in Vancouver’s art scene, an expert in his field and trusted dealer. We are eager to continue supporting, selling, and representing artists by transforming the gallery to a stronger online sales platform.
We are happy to share the news that the gallery is transitioning from our space on Granville Street, to a bespoke showroom on Southwest Marine and an enhanced, shoppable website for ease of purchase. Our dedication is unwavering, and our methodologies are changing to fit the contemporary art world.
Art collectors are increasingly purchasing artwork online, permitting us to expand our clientele from a local scene to an international one. The gallery continues to represent the highest calibre works, restore, appraise and frame – it is business as usual. We are thrilled to have achieved the 40-year mark, and look forward to the next major milestone!
We’d love to play a little guitar with you and celebrate the good times at this gallery space before we relocate.
Drop in for coffee and donuts with Matt:

The Petley Jones Gallery team
