Influenced by a lack of sunshine during this time of Covid-19, ‘Sun-Drenched’ is a West Coast mélange of shapes, brilliant colours and movement inspired by our beautiful surroundings. Matt has applied generous amounts of paint to each canvas, conveying an expression of warmth and drama to the landscape of his surroundings.

In Matt’s work, expressionism is the key to the play between angles and structures that determines each piece’s solid composition. This is the supporting base to the explosion of colour that reveals his inner expression.
